○誰が言っていたのか忘れたけれど、「心に残る幕の内弁当はない」。これはモノを作る仕事をしている人には、格好の教えだと思います。あれもこれも、と彩を添えたりすると、結局は個性のないものとなってしまい、印象が薄れてしまう。足し算の発想ではダメで、引き算をやらないと「時代を超えて愛される」ということには至らない。
